Blueberry Smoothie Bowl



This Blueberry Smoothie Bowl is a healthy and refreshing way to start your day. Packed with antioxidants, fiber, and protein, it's a perfect choice for a wholesome breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/4 cup of granola
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish

Instructions:

Blueberries and strawberries should be washed

Put the blueberries, strawberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey in a blender

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Get a bowl and pour the smoothie in it

Fresh blueberries and strawberries, granola, and chia seeds should be put on top
