Keto Waffles



With this keto-friendly recipe, you can make tasty waffles that don't have any grains or carbs. These waffles are great for breakfast or brunch because they are filling without being too high in carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to heat it up

Mix erythritol, baking powder, salt, almond flour, and coconut flour in a bowl with a whisk

Mix in the eggs, almond milk, coconut oil or butter that has been melted, and vanilla extract

Mix everything together well

Spread the batter out evenly on the waffle iron that has already been heated

Based on your waffle iron, it should take about 3 to 5 minutes to cook until golden brown and crispy

Remove the waffles from the iron with care, and serve them hot

Put your favorite keto-friendly toppings on top, like sugar-free syrup, berries, whipped cream, or anything else you like
