Epistem Wine Pairing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Epistem Wine by Stranger and Stranger
  • 250g aged Parmesan cheese, sliced
  • 200g prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Set up a platter with sliced prosciutto and Parmesan cheese

On a different platter, put the sliced baguette

Add olives, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to a small bowl

Mix them together

Stranger and Stranger's Epistem Wine should be opened and poured out

Put the wine next to the cheese, prosciutto, baguette slices, and olives that have been marinated
