Pan Seared Chicken with Parsley and Thyme

This recipe is good for people on the keto diet because it uses pan-seared chicken breasts that are tender and juicy and are flavored with fresh parsley and thyme. It's a simple but tasty dish that's great for a low-carb dinner.
Instructions: On both sides, salt and pepper the chicken breasts. Put olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Mix in the garlic and cook for one minute, until the garlic smells good. Sear the chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and fully cooked. In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle chopped parsley and thyme on top of the chicken. If you want, you can serve it hot with extra parsley and thyme on top.&

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
